Osteopathy is a form of hands on manual therapy. The focus is to find the root cause of the problem and restore proper function by fostering an environment that allows the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. There is also an emphasis on how the multiple systems of the body including your musculoskeletal (muscles, joints, fascia, ligaments) system, organs and central nervous system function as a holistic unit to promote mobility and improve health.
